Charlotte Flair was forced to return home early from WWE’s current European tour after suffering an injury to her teeth on Thursday in Oberhausen, Germany.
Flair reportedly got her bridge knocked out during a match against Smackdown Women’s Champion Carmella, with one video on Twitter noting the issue with her teeth.

Flair posted pictures to her Instagram story noting that her dental repairs went well.

This news comes just a few days after it was revealed that Flair was scheduled to undergo surgery to repair a ruptured breast implant shortly after the European tour.
The Wrestling Observer/Figure Four Online reports that Flair was scheduled to appear at the Needham Investment conference on Tuesday in New York along with WWE’s Michelle Wilson. She was expected to return to the European tour after Tuesday.
