Ring of Honor Wrestling on Sinclair
September 6, 2014
Philadelphia, Pennsylvania (National Guard Armory)
Commentators: Kevin Kelly, Steve Corino
Recap by: Jason Namako of Wrestleview.com
We see the intro, then after commentary introduces us to the show, we go to a promo from TD Thomas. TD says that recently on ROH TV, ACH got his chance to step into the ring with me and he proved he was the better man that night. BJ Whitmer stops TD and yells at him to not put ACH over. I give you a chance to speak right now and that’s what you’re gonna do? TD looks down, but Whitmer paintbrushes him in the back of the head and yells at TD to look at him when he talks to him. TD swells up and Whitmer asks if TD is going to do something about it. An attendant tries to calm Whitmer down, but Whitmer yells at him to shut his mouth, this doesn’t concern him. Whitmer takes off his mic and walks off.
We then see another promo from TD, this time done the way Whitmer had wanted him to originally. TD says that he hopes ACH buys himself a lottery ticket, because he is one lucky guy. Recently, the word of the day for you was fluke, there was no way you should have beat me, no way you should have beat the 2-time Golden Gloves Champion, a master of fighting arts that you probably can’t even pronounce. What are you worth? TD then reluctantly says that ACH has no redeeming qualities, you’re a piece of s**t and I hope you die. TD turns to Whitmer, who is smiling and happy.
