Ousta! Welcome back to the only WrestleView column covering topics both nowhere yet everywhere at once. If you are new to the column you are probably going to hate us for the first couple weeks, but then you are going to hit a point where you say ?oh wait a minute, I think he gets it?. Don?t worry, that’s exactly how it is designed to be. This column is all about gut reactions and traveling thoughts. As the great Andy Kaufman once said: ?I just want real reactions. I want people to laugh from the gut, be sad from the gut, or get angry from the gut?.

Photos of TNA Knockout Traci Brooks’ nude Playboy shoot are now online. More photos are scheduled to be released on October 1.
-I?ll be honest and admit that I had fairly low expectations, but these are just horrible. Forget any other reasoning for why she was moved to Playboy Online instead of the cover. One look at these pictures painfully illustrates the truth. She is nowhere near front page caliber.
According to Jeremy Borash, TNA star AJ Styles has welcomed a new baby boy with his wife Wendy. Borash had fun with the announcement adding, “Within moments of being out of the womb, he Pele kicked the doctor.”
-Congrats to AJ!
PWInsider is reporting that the next edition of WWE’s “Tribute to the Troops” will air on Saturday, December 19 on NBC at 9:00 p.m. ET. The WWE crew will return to the Middle East in early December to tape the special.
-Always an enjoyable special that the WWE does each year. It is a fantastic way to entertain and show appreciation to the troops while they fight for us
Prowrestling.net is reporting that TNA Wrestling has rehired Pat Kenney (aka Simon Diamond) and D’Lo Brown as backstage agents. Both men had served as agents in the past for TNA. They are both expected to start at this Sunday’s “No Surrender” PPV in Orlando. TNA cut B.G. James and Jim Cornette just a few days ago and both had been previously serving as agents in the company.
-There seems to be quite a revolving door in TNA right now in regards to road agents. Every time someone is released and they cite financial reasons, they seem to quickly hire people to fill their shoes
PWInsider is reporting that Big Show will star in the next WWE Studios film titled “Suckerpunch” for a DVD release. Filming will start next month in the New Orleans area. The film will have a wrestling theme as Show will play a “man-mountain” character named Walter Kronk who has lived his entire life in an orphanage. The plot features a fight promoter named Memphis Earl (played by well known actor Dennis Farina) who is trying to find his way out of being in debt and comes across Walter Kronk to which Kronk agrees to wrestle on behalf of his fellow orphans. The budget for the film is said to be in the $5 to $6 million range.
-So if they are lucky, they just might break even!
WWE star Triple H walked Floyd Mayweather Jr. to the ring before his fight last night with Juan Manuel Marquez in Las Vegas. Mayweather earned a unanimous decision victory over Marquez. Photos of Triple H with Mayweather at the weigh-ins on Friday can be seen at this link. It should be noted that Mayweather mentioned in a media interview that he has spoken with WWE about possibly coming in full-time. Mayweather added, “I talked with the (Vince) McMahon family and they?re happy with the idea. So I may move there full-time. I don?t know.”
-I can?t say that I would exactly jump at the inclusion of Mayweather on a weekly basis, but congrats on continuing the winning boxing streak to 40-0
The plan as of right now is for Rey Mysterio to make his return to WWE at the Smackdown tapings on October 6 in Trenton, NJ reports PWInsider. This will be Mysterio’s first night back following his 30 day suspension for violation the company’s Wellness Policy.
-I have no idea where they will want to go with the character, and it should be interesting to see how WWE reacts and plays out the situation
Former WWE Diva Stacy Keibler announced on her official Twitter account that she has booked a role on USA Network’s “Psych” series and will start filming this week in Vancouver.
-This adds to the list of wrestlers that have been on the show which includes Mickie James and John Cena. The main character played by James Roday is a big wrestling fan. Psych is a great show, definitely worth checking out if you haven?t seen it before.
According to a new report by The Wrestling Observer Newsletter, Bret Hart has been in talks with WWE about doing some business and the talks may have played a part in wanting to refresh the whole “1997 Survivor Series incident” in Montreal at the Breaking Point PPV on September 13.
It is believed talks between Hart and WWE began around the time Vickie Guerrero gave her notice to the company that she was leaving. While there is said to be nothing on the table as of right now or anything being agreed to that would go down imminently, Hart has been open to the idea of returning as a weekly storyline character on TV since his departure in 1997.
It should be noted that there has been talks within WWE for years about this direction and more so in 2006 when Vince McMahon told the creative team that he was going to have a street fight on a PPV with Bret, but it never happened. This was believed to be around the time where the whole “God” storyline took place with the original plan being Vince and Shane McMahon vs. Shawn Michaels and Bret Hart. At the time they were said to be more confident than ever that Bret would come in and do it, but he changed his mind and the belief was because he couldn’t do much in the ring.

Must Read WrestleView Column of the Week
Words From the World of Wrestling by: Ben Hagen
The WrestleView blurb on the column reads: ?Ben Hagen returns with his monthly column looking at a sequence that many wrestlers use in the ring including Hogan, HBK, Cena?. That pretty much sums up the piece, but you really need to read it in order to understand the insane ability of Hagen’s work and columns. It’s like sitting down with your college professor to talk wrestling. It’s worth reading just for the experience!
So ?that’s a wrap??. Love it? Hate it? Disagree with everything I said? Just want to chat wrestling? I?m always up for reading your thoughts so send them ?em on over.
