According to a new report by the Milwaukee Business Journal, the city of Milwaukee is drafting a bid to bring the WWE Money In The Bank to the city next year.
Per Marissa Werner, Director of Sports Milwaukee, if the bid goes through, the premium live event would take place at Fiserv Forum, which is the home to the NBA’s Milwaukee Bucks. It also noted that Sports Milwaukee hopes they can land a bigger event such SummerSlam or the Royal Rumble if all goes well with securing Money In The Bank for 2025.
Milwaukee’s last WWE pay-per-view event was Fastlane back in 2017, which took place at the then Bradley Center. An episode of SmackDown is set to take place at Fiserv Forum on Friday, November 15.
