As first reported by Brandon Thurston at Wrestlenomics and then confirmed by PWInsider, WWE has laid off more corporate employees, according to multiple people.
These layoffs follow the 100 plus employees that were let go back on September 15 after the official TKO merger.
NXT backstage interviewer McKenzie Mitchell took to social media on Friday to announce she has been released by WWE.
Mitchell is married to NXT play by play commentator Vic Joseph. The couple married back in October of last year.
Prior to joining the NXT brand back in 2019, Mitchell worked as a backstage interviewer for IMPACT Wrestling.
