After being out of action since late February, Bray Wyatt could be ever closer to making his return to WWE.
Wyatt had been reported as being out with an undisclosed illness, but a new report from Fightful Select has indicated that the former WWE Universal Champion is “closer” to being medically cleared.
The report mentions that WWE and Wyatt are being extra cautious regarding his condition and long term health, something Sean Ross Sapp brings up in a post following the report:
A source within the report noted that creative pitches were made that would see Wyatt back on WWE programming as early as next month, depending on when he is medically cleared.
Wyatt’s potential return comes after a relatively short feud with LA Knight leading to the Mountain Dew Pitch Black match at the Royal Rumble PLE, and after Wyatt last competed at a live event on 2/26.
