A main WWE roster talent expected to remain on NXT for the foreseeable future

According to a report from F4WOnline, Baron Corbin is expected to remain part of the NXT brand for the foreseeable future.

The 38-year-old Corbin was featured in a video on this past Tuesday’s taped episode of NXT, in which he shown burning several items related to his past gimmicks. He said that “It’s time for no gimmicks, no-nonsense, and no bull—-.”

During the 2023 draft earlier this year, Corbin was one of several Superstars listed as a “free agent.” He returned to NXT during the May 30 episode and attacked Carmelo Hayes. He then defeated Trick Williams on the June 6 episode, defeated Ilja Dragunov on the June 13 episode and then lost to Carmelo Hayes in an NXT Title Match on the Gold Rush Week Two episode on June 27.

It was also noted that more main roster talent are going to be regulars on NXT. However, the report did not specify who those talents will be.

Mustafa Ali and Los Lotharios have also recently been featured in NXT storylines. AJ Styles, Rhea Ripley, and Seth Rollins have all also appeared on the NXT brand in recent weeks. Dana Brooke has been making some regular appearances as well.

All members The Judgment Day are scheduled to appear on next Tuesday’s episode, after an invitation was made by Carmelo Hayes and Trick Williams on this past Tuesday’s show. Finn Balor accepted the invitation on behalf of the entire group.
