Alexa Bliss clarifies her status for WrestleMania 39

During the Wednesday, March 22 episode of “The Masked Singer” on FOX, WWE Superstar Alexa Bliss was revealed to be Axolotl. The same day Bliss also revealed on her Instagram Stories that she was treated for skin cancer and is now “all clear.”

There has been much speculation on how much in-ring time Bliss could miss following her skin cancer treatment.

In speaking with CinemaBlend, Bliss said she does not think her recovery time will long at all.

“Oh it’s short. Like, I got my stitches, I don’t know if you can see my stitches right here. Those come out in a week.”

Bliss also clarified to CinemaBlend, her status for next weekend’s WrestleMania 39, which will take place at SoFi Stadium just outside of Los Angeles, CA.

“I will be in L.A. for WrestleMania. I will be at the arena. Who knows what that leads to? Because, you know, in WWE, you never know what’s going to happen. It’s the company where you always expect the unexpected. We’ll have to see.”

Bliss also took to Twitter to provide an update on her health, which you can check out below:

Bliss last wrestled at the Royal Rumble this past January when she was unsuccessful in capturing the Raw Women’s Championship from Bianca Belair.

The two-night WrestleMania event on April 1 and 2 will emanate from SoFi Stadium just outside of Los Angeles, CA and will stream live on Peacock in the United States and WWE Network everywhere else, beginning at 8:00 pm ET both nights.
