WWE SmackDown Superstar Kofi Kingston posted to his Instagram on Saturday, sharing that his ankle surgery went well. He went on to day that he is home and has started the recovery process.
Kingston had the surgery at the Andrews Sports Medicine & Orthopedic Center in Birmingham, Alabama on Friday.
The injury happened back on the March 3 episode of SmackDown during a spot where Drew McIntyre did a dive over the top rope onto a group of other superstars, as part of a brawl, in which he landed on Kingston.
