Mandy Rose has commented on her release from WWE.
WWE released Rose on Tuesday, December 14, due to what is being deemed as adult content that she posted on her FanTime page.
The night before, on the fallout episode of NXT for the Deadline PLE, Rose dropped the NXT Women’s Title to Roxanne Perez, after holding the title for 413 days.
Rose said the following:
“Hey guys, thank you for all the messages. I am overwhelmed with all the love and support from you guys. And don’t worry the page is still up!”
Mandy Rose started with WWE after competing on Tough Enough in 2015, which was won by Josh Bredl and Sara Lee, who recently passed away. After spending most of the next two years in developmental, she made her main roster debut along with Sonya Deville and Paige (now Saraya in AEW) in November 2017 as the stable Absolution.
After participating in notable storylines, including one as a love interest of Otis and a feud with Sonya Deville, she would return to NXT in 2021. She won the NXT Women’s Championship at Halloween Havoc in 2021.
As if this writing, WWE has not commented on Rose’s release.
