Several sources have confirmed Thursday night that WWE has released the following eight Superstars:
-Tegan Knox
-Drake Maverick
-John Morrison
-Jaxson Ryker
-Shane Thorne
-All three members of Hit Row – Ashante Thee Adonis, Isaiah Scott and Top Dolla.
Several sources are also saying in an internal e-mail, WWE head of talent relations John Laurinaitis cited budget cuts as the reason.
The moral with WWE has be at at all time-low. No one person’s job is safe. Mid-Card, and even some main event card talent have to be walking on eggs shells wondering if they are next to be released. WWE continues to report “record-breaking” profits, but yet continues to release talent citing “budgetary reasons.”
Drake Maverick took to Twitter to confirm his release. The former Franky Monet (Taya Valkyrie) also posted to Twitter to react to her husband’s (John Morrison) release.
