During last night’s 12/9 TNA Impact Wrestling, it was announced by TNA President Dixie Carter that the semifinals and finals of the TNA World Heavyweight Championship tournament will take place on the live Impact Wrestling debut on POP TV from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania on January 5, 2016. The semifinals will be as follows:
* Lashley vs. EC3
* Eric Young vs. Matt Hardy
