Various wrestling media outlets have picked up on comments by current TNA star Kurt Angle on “The Ross Report” podcast this week. Angle announced that his contract with TNA expires on September 21 and that he turned down a new offer from TNA to remain with the company. He added that his next contract will most likely be his last one and wants to consider all of his options. Angle said he plans to get back in the ring by October.
The last time Angle’s contract expired with TNA, WWE didn’t make an offer. Angle has expressed interest in going back to WWE during interviews the last few years.
