TNA has made plans to run three events at the Hammerstein Ballroom in New York City this summer according to a report by Jason Powell. The company is reportedly paying around $300,000 to the Hammerstein building for rental and production. The events are scheduled to take place this June, July and August. A source claimed this move to run shows in the New York market could possibly be to help impress Spike TV officials (Spike has offices in New York) as both sides have yet to agree on a new television deal expiring this year.
