To follow up on an earlier report this weekend regarding a hearing between Scott Steiner and TNA that was canceled on 11/30, PWInsider.com reports that TNA requested on 11/29 that the hearing be canceled as they informed the court that “the parties anticipate an Agreed Order of Dismissal with respect to the Defendant’s Counterclaim.” So it would appear that Steiner and TNA are coming to terms on some sort of an agreement. The other lawsuit brought against Steiner by TNA regarding Steiner making inappropriate remarks towards TNA, Hulk Hogan, Eric Bischoff and others via his Twitter account is still ongoing. Steiner also has another lawsuit pending against TNA claiming he was injured working a match with Jeff Hardy.
