PWInsider.com is reporting that a hearing is set for this Friday (10/26) in Nashville, Tennesee regarding the Scott Steiner vs. TNA Wrestling lawsuit. The filed a lawsuit against Steiner citing “breach of contract” after his rants on Twitter going after the promotion, Hulk Hogan, Erci Bischoff and many others. Steiner then filed a counter-suit claiming TNA had breached their contract noting “failure to provide account on royalties owed” along with non-payment of royalties. TNA filed a motion to get the lawsuit dismissed stating the contracts require a talent to inform them of a breach and allow 30 days to repair it before they attempt any legal actions.
