TNA Xplosion Goes Prime Time on Challenge TV

London (Friday July 15, 2011): Challenge TV and IMPACT WRESTLING are delighted to announce that TNA Xplosion will move to a new prime time position in the schedule.
The program, hosted by Jeremy Borash and featuring both new and classic wrestling matches, will now be broadcast on Wednesday nights at 10pm on Challenge TV.

However, on weeks when a monthly TNA pay-per-view events is broadcast on a Wednesday night at 10pm, Xplosion will move back to its current home of midnight on Tuesday.

Flagship show IMPACT WRESTLING will continue to be shown every Tuesday night at 10pm on Challenge.

Challenge can be found on Freeview Channel 46, Sky Channel 125 and Virgin Media Channel 139.

Jeremy Borash said: “At the many fan events we’ve had over the last several months, fans kept saying Xplosion was on too late. They were also telling us that they wanted to see exclusive matchups, and popular web features like the Spin Cycle and the ImpactWrestling.com Match of the Week. Combined now with the Xplosion Championship Challenge Tournament, Xplosion is really stepping it up, and so is Challenge TV with this move to 10pm.”

British wrestling fans can also catch the stars of IMPACT WRESTLING – including Sting, Kurt Angle, Mr. Anderson, Velvet Sky, AJ Styles and Samoa Joe – as part of the 2012 MAXIMUM IMPACT IV Tour of the UK.

Nottingham’s Capital FM Arena, the Manchester Evening News Arena and London’s Wembley Arena will host live events from January 26-28.

Tickets for the shows are on sale now and can be bought from www.gigsandtours.com / 0844 811 0051 or www.ticketmaster.co.uk / 0844 826 2826.
