Kurt Angle’s moonsault off the top of the steel cage at TNA’s Lockdown PPV in April was not planned. Angle stated recently that he called the spot and told Ken Anderson not to move. As many saw with the end result, Angle almost missed Anderson and hit the ropes/side of the cage instead. Some TNA talent privately noted that they would have been tempted to move had Angle called the spot in a match with them given Angle’s track record (Angle broke Bob Holly’s arm a few years ago during a moonsault in a match with WWE).
