Beginning in 2018, Wrestleview.com will return to monitoring and reporting on any stories making the rounds among the wrestling media. These stories will be clearly marked as a “rumor” (as highlighted in the image above) for reference.
Ticketmaster sent out a notification to ticket holders for the upcoming WWE Backlash PPV on May 6 notifying them the event would now feature both RAW and Smackdown talent.
As reported on last November, the planned WWE PPV schedule for 2018 listed Backlash as a RAW PPV and that the Royal Rumble, WrestleMania 34, Money in the Bank, SummerSlam and Survivor Series would be the only dual-branded PPV events.
Brad Sheppard of BodySlam.net tweeted out the notification sent to ticket holders.

A report by WrestleZone.com is claiming that WWE also has plans to hold another Draft at the Backlash PPV this May, explaining both brands being advertised.
If this were to be the plan for the PPV, it would mark the “draft” among the brands since the Superstar Shake Up that took place last April following WrestleMania 33.
Additionally, rumors of WWE abandoning brand-exclusive PPV events following WrestleMania 34 this year was also mentioned as a genuine possibility.
