Ring of Honor has announced today that ROH World Champion Jay Briscoe will defend the ROH World Title in a 4-Way Match against Tommaso Ciampa, Michael Elgin & Hanson as the main event of the 13th Anniversary PPV on March 1 in Las Vegas, Nevada at the Orleans Hotel & Casino.
