The Annual Torneo Cibernetico Rises in Manhattan on November 18!
CHIKARA Season 11 is almost over, but we’re making a final stop in the Big Apple before the epic finale in December! All of your favorite CHIKARA stars will be in New York City on Sunday, November 18th when we play The Highline Ballroom at 1 P.M. – and we’ve got a metric ton of special guest stars joining us as well! Don’t forget – all kids 12 and under are admitted free with a paying adult at all CHIKARA shows! Here is what we have planned for you so far when “The Cibernetico Rises:”
1) 16 Battle – Only One Survives!
– These two ring warriors are booked for an encore of their epic match in Chicago – this time in a Torneo Cibernetico! CHIKARA Grand Champion Eddie Kingston and “Wrestling’s Worst Nightmare,” Kevin Steen are the captains for this year’s Cibernetico squads at “The Cibernetico Rises.” While 16 will enter this elimination circuit match, at the end, only one will be left standing!
2) First Time Matchup!
-They stunned the wrestling world by winning the annual Tag Team Gauntlet match, now, for WWF tag team champs Marty Jannetty and the 1-2-3 Kid reunite in New York City to face the challenge of the returning Heart Throbs – Antonio Thomas and Romeo Roselli!
