The Tampa Bay Times is reporting that the judge ruling over the case between Hulk Hogan & Gawker.com over a leaked sex tape ruled today that Gawker.com could indeed post clips of the sex tape on their website. The sex tape in question features Hogan and the ex-wife of radio disc jockey Bubba the Love Sponge, Heather Clem. A temporary restraining order was placed on Gawker.com back in April 2013, preventing them from posting clips of the tape. The judge was quoted about the ruling, stating that “Mr. Bollea failed to meet the heavy burden to overcome the presumption that the temporary injunction is invalid as an unconstitutional prior restraint under the First Amendment.”
