MLW has announced Matt Riddle vs. Donovan Dijak as the first match for the One-Shot that will be produced by WWE Hall of Famer, Eric Bischoff.
The special event, which is touted as Bischoff having total control with booking and as the executive producer for one night only, will air on Thursday, December 5 from the Melrose Ballroom in Long Island City, New York. The event will air live for free on MLW’s YouTube channel, beginning at 9:00 pm ET.

WWE released Riddle in September 2023 after burning too many bridges with the company and having appeared drunk at JFK Airport, and making accusations that Port Authority staff sexually harassing him. Dijak left WWE this past June after the company informed him they would not be renewing his contract.
