During Sunday’s Ring of Honor television tapings at Universal Studios in Orlando, FL, Griff Garrison made his return to action. Garrison had been out due to surgery following an injury.
Fans in attendance at the tapings posted images on social media that Garrison competed against Lee Moriarty.
Garrison last wrestled on the November 8, 2022 episode of AEW Dark when he teamed with Brian Pillman Jr., in a loss to The Factory (Cole Karter & QT Marshall). The match was actually taped on October 21.
Also during the taping Tony Khan introduced Stokely Hathaway and Jerry Lynn as the new “ROH Board of Directors.” It was also said Khan told fans in attendance, Hathaway and Lynn will have matchmaking and ruling authority that can only be overruled by him.

According to a reports from PWInsider and Fightful Select, these are only on-screen roles for Hathaway and Lynn.
Both reports also note Hathaway will be the heel authority figure, while Lynn will be the babyface authority figure. The reports also concluded by saying that Tony Khan will be continuing with his normal ROH duties, which includes running the tapings and booking matches.
