Brock Lesnar had 12 inches of his intestine removed during a surgery yesterday at the Mayo Clinic in Minnesota to overcome his recent issues with Diverticulities over the last 18 months. Doctors estimated that Lesnar would be able to resume his MMA career with UFC following the surgery and be possibly ready as early as next year.
He will be going on a liquid diet for now and is expected to drop lots of weight, but should have no problems regaining weight/muscle when he is put back on a normal eating schedule. The belief is that he will get back up to the 265 pound mark, which is what he had been walking around at since being placed on a new diet when the problems first began over a year ago.
