Ring of Honor issued a brief announcement earlier this evening stating the company had mutually parted ways with Marty Scurll.

Scurll, who signed a long term deal with Ring of Honor in January 2020 that saw him assume lead booking duties, was accused in June 2020 of alleged sexual assault during the #SpeakingOut movement. The accusation was made by a woman in Great Britain who accused Scurll of taking advantage of her while she was underage and under the influence of alcohol.
Ring of Honor would later release a statement stating they were investigating the matter and would provide updates at the conclusion.
Scurll was removed from their website in October 2020. Scurll has also not been involved in any tapings or behind the scenes responsibilities since the accusation.
