To follow up on our report yesterday, Christian Cage has had no communication with TNA since he was written out of storylines in November reports PWInsider. It is believed that Cage had made his decision to move on from TNA several months ago. Cage reportedly became less interested and unenthusiastic with the product and was described as becoming harder to deal with starting in early October. Cage had also reportedly told Dixie Carter and Jeff Jarrett in a meeting that he had another offer on the table and was siding with taking it, but had yet to make up his mind at the time. All signs at this point is that Cage has quietly signed a deal with WWE and will return shortly on the Smackdown brand. Cage’s deal with TNA expired last week.
