World Wrestling Entertainment‘s RAW/ECW crew will be in Champaign, IL, at the Assembly Hall, tonight. Advertised: Chris Jericho versus Rey Mysterio, Jr., in a two-of-three falls match; Shawn Michaels versus Randy Orton; and CM Punk defends the WWE Inter-Continental Heavyweight Title against Kane. Also on the bill: Matt Hardy, Cryme Tyme, Jack Swagger, Kofi Kingston, Ted DiBiase, Jr., Beth Phoenix, Melina, John Morrison, and the Miz.
The lineup for tonight’s SmackDown broadcast on MyNetwork TV, from WWE, is as follows: Matt Hardy explains his actions from Royal Rumble, where he laid out brother Jeff with a chair shot; Brian Kendrick versus R-Truth; Chavo Guerrero, Jr., versus MVP; Jimmy Wang Yang versus Umaga; Mark Henry versus the Undertaker in an elimination chamber qualifying match for No Way Out; the Big Show versus Festus in another chamber qualifier; and a three-way qualifying match for the chamber, featuring Vladimir Kozlov, Triple H, and the Great Khali.

Southern Pro Wrestling presents “Night of Gulf Coast Legends” at the Walton County Fairgrounds in Dufuniak Springs, FL, on February 7. Advertised: Steve Armstrong, “Bullet” Bob Armstrong, Doctor X, Miss Fire, Tiger Lee, Southern Express, Backdraft, and Chief Little Bear. Tickets are $8 for adults, and $3 for kids 11 and under. Military discount of $2 and people in wheelchairs get in for free. Doors open at 6:30 and bell time is at 7:30.
Mid-Atlantic Championship Wrestling will present ?Night of Champions? at the Cheraw High School in Cheraw, SC, on February 21. The doors will open at 6:00 PM, with matches getting underway at 8:00. Tickets are $20 for ringside (excludes front row), and $12 for general admission seating. Ric Flair Super Tickets $75 (includes a front row reserved ringside seat, an 8×10 personally autographed Ric Flair picture and meet with Ric Flair.) Advertised: the “Nature Boy” Ric Flair will manage his sons Reid and David as they wrestle for the MACW Tag Team Titles. Also on the bill: Buff “the Stuff” Bagwell, Ricky Morton of the Rock & Roll Express, and Bobby Eaton from the Midnight Express.
Ultimate Championship Wrestling will be at Beef O’ Brady’s in Dade City, FL, on February 28. Advertised: A battle royal. For the US championship, MC Force vs. Chris “the Dr.” Proctor. For the cruiserweight championship, Cory Matthews vs. Dirk Manning. “Big” Danny Lewis vs. Boink. Geo Irizzary vs. Tony Devlin. The Executioner vs. Guy “the Franchise”. Admission is free, but donations are welcomed, as this is a benefit event for the All Children’s Hospital. Bell time is at 1:00.
Rampage Pro Wrestling was in Warner Robins, GA, on January 25. Results: Pitbull defeated Mr. Jones. Micah Taylor defeated Oko Nono. Frankie Valentine defeated J-Rod to retain the cruiserweight championship. Sumie Sakai defeated Genni Right. Sal Rinauro defeated Chip Day. Hot Like Lava defeated the Cash Vault to advance in the tag title tournament.

DeMarco left the ring following his loss to Funk, which was caused when O?Dell interfered, angering DeMarco for ending his chance at Funk’s title, leaving O?Dell to fend for himself. Dory Funk, Jr., had been the reigning NWA World Heavyweight Champion since he defeated Gene Kiniski on February 11, 1969, in Tampa, FL. It was reported that the match between Ray Gunkel & Buddy Fuller and the Assassins would be the final appearance of Gunkel & Fuller as a team, as they wanted to focus on singles competition.
