Former WWE star Big Cass (William Morrissey) suffered a seizure at last night’s House of Hardcore event at the former ECW Arena in Philadelphia.
Tweets from the venue yesterday indicated Cass collapsed in front of fans and appeared to be suffering a seizure. Cass was about to take part in a meet and greet with fans.
Ringside News uploaded a brief video of the incident below.
Twitter user @David_Onda tweeted out a video of Tommy Dreamer, the owner and promoter of House of Hardcore, telling fans what went down with Cass.
Dreamer went out of his way to note the seizure wasn’t “drug related.”

Cass, who was scheduled to wrestle on the card, was transported to a local hospital. According to TMZ Sports, he was described as being “awake and alert” when he was taken away from the venue in Philadelphia by ambulance.
