During the recent Chris Jericho Cruise, it was made clear that The Young Bucks, Cody Rhodes, Marty Scurll, Hangman Page and Kenny Omega are now going to official distance themselves from anything associated with the Bullet Club in New Japan Pro Wrestling.
According to a live report sent to PWInsider, the group made it clear that being associated with the Bullet Club in Japan is not what The Elite wanted to portray. They revealed they all plan to stay together in the new year and will now simply be known as The Elite.
This comes a few weeks after Cody, The Bucks, Scurll and Page all announced they were selling one last version of “Bullet Club” style t-shirts on Pro Wrestling Tees.
Cody, Marty Scurll and Kenny Omega defeated The Young Bucks and Chris Jericho in a six man tag team match during the cruise.
