An earthquake registered at 7.0 stopped Saturday’s NJPW Tournament Cup 2021 event in Sendai, Japan.
The earthquake occurred during the six-man tag team team.
Twitter user @ItaloSantana_1 posted a clip to Twitter that shows camera shaking and then pointing to the ceiling in the arena. Ceiling lights could also be seen shaking.
NJPW took a 30 minute break to ensure the fans in attendance and venue were safe before continuing on with the show.
