The Ladder Match returns at Theory of Evolution
Brian Grachek said he had something special in mind for the loser of the Dave Cole Vs. Brian Lyndon Hybrid Championship match from Jersey City, New Jersey.
As reported on Twitter, Dave Cole defeated Brian Lyndon to retain the Hybrid Championship.
So what is next for not only Brian Lyndon, but Vincent Nothing in the cluttered Hybrid Championship title picture?
?At Theory of Evolution the ladder match returns to Hybrid Wrestling, but with a new twist. The color coded ladders remain, but this year the belt won’t be hanging above the ring. Instead a contact will be suspended above the ring, guaranteeing a title match, any place, any time within one year. Throughout the year we will have a series of qualifying matches to determine the 4 ladder match participants. The first qualifying match features the first one-on-one match between Brian Lyndon and Vincent Nothing. Both Brian Lyndon and Vincent Nothing have requested rematches against Dave Cole. Given their performances in their individual title matches, they both deserve rematches. However, with that said, they both have had their chance. So if Lyndon and Nothing want another shot at the title, they are going to have to travel the same road Dave Cole traveled.? Brian Grachek told HybridWrestling.com
