CHIKARA is closing out 7 years of live events – and kicking off year # 8 at Aniversario this weekend! The escalating rivalry between The Colony (Fire Ant & Soldier Ant) and F.I.S.T. (Chuck Taylor & Icarus) comes to a head in the evening’s main event! This special attraction match will pit BOTH the masks of the Colony against BOTH heads of hair of F.I.S.T. In the unlikely event of a double-disqualification or any type of draw, all the participants will see their stipulations enforced, so one way or another…two men will be either unmasked and/or shaved bald next Sunday night.

?The Resurrection of Tag Team Wrestling? Eclipse (Jay Delta & Xandar Page) vs. Funky Fresh Boyz (K-Funk & K-Fresh)
Both of these teams have been to hell and back with each other, especially since Eclipse regained the VPW Tag Team Championship. Whether it be in Centereach or Deer Park, the matches have taken competition to new levels. Despite the Funky Fresh Boyz best efforts, Eclipse always seem to snake away with the gold. In the last week, both Jay Delta and Xandar Page have pled their case to VPW officials that the Funky Fresh Boyz do not deserve any more opportunities to compete for the titles. In a rare instance, VPW officials were inclined to agree with Eclipse. While both teams clearly bring out the best in each other, it is time for some new blood to get their shot. Therefore no matter the outcome, there will be no rematch in the foreseeable future. Will we see new VPW Tag Team Champions or will this be the end of the road for the Funky Fresh Boyz??

?Best Body In The Business?So The Ladies Say? Jason Static vs. VSK
In a rematch from May 9th in deer Park, VSK will receive one more match with the most dominant figure in VPW, the leader of Best Bodies, Inc., Jason Static. Nobody, including VSK, has been able to dethrone the VPW Champion. That won?t stop wrestling’s rising star, VSK. VSK certainly has the ability, but Jason Static has the experience on his side. VSK must also be leery of the rest of Best Bodies, Inc. getting involved. Will this Friday night be the time for a change?? Will Jason Static add another win to the long list of victories??

?Masculine Marvel? Sabotage vs. ?Firebird? Jorge Santi
The crafty New York Champion always has a trick or two up his sleeve, but Sabotage better not look past Jorge Santi. Santi has been thirsting for a shot at the New York Championship, a title that he feels should have been his all along. Sabotage better also keep in mind that Santi will have revenge in his eyes this Friday night. The last time VPW was in Centereach, Santi had a winning match against ?The Answer? Pete Simmons. Unfortunately, Best Bodies, Inc. didn?t appreciate losing so they dished out some punishment on Santi. When asked if he was worried, Sabotage told VPW officials that he ?had no doubt that the gold was staying right where it belonged.? Don?t dare miss what could easily be the showstealer!!

The Suburban SWAT Team and VTG Enterprises have had their problems over the years and those problems have extended to managers, Vinny the Guido and Mikey Old School. While both managers have gotten physical with each other outside the ring, this Friday not will see that physicality between the ropes. Special mixed tag team rules will be enforced. That means that any time the respective manager is tagged in on one team, the opposing manager must also tag in. That rule also applies to the wrestlers. Failure to follow those rules will result in disqualification. Fans wanting to see Vinny the Guido get his just desserts, come down this Friday night!
