PWO TV #114: A Megastar Celebration
PWO, Pro Wrestling Ohio, has established itself as one of the most-watched independent wrestling television shows in the country today. Airing weekly every Sunday night at 10 PM EST on SportsTime Ohio, a channel available in over 4.5 cable homes throughout Ohio and surrounding states, as well as available nationwide on providers such as DirecTV, Dish Network, and AT&T U-verse. Since premiering in the fall of 2007, literally starting from scratch and building from the ground up with countless eyes upon them, PWO has slowly grown and evolved year-by-year and stands proudly today bigger and stronger than ever before.
Now, PWO reaches the next stage of its development as PWO TV finally makes its way online! PWO TV has strived to present compelling conflicts and characters and episodic television in a manner rarely seen on an independent level. Now, you online will have the opportunity to view new episodes of PWO on a weekly basis, as well as dig into the PWO archives and watch our evolution, pitfalls, trials and triumphs from day one.

“Megastar” Marion Fontaine’s Championship Celebration
New PWO Champion Marion Fontaine appears in front of a live crowd for the first time since pinning Johnny Gargano and ending his storied PWO Title reign. Word has it that an undisclosed amount of PWO TV time has been bought and paid for so Fontaine can gloat about his achievements. Could his rumored business partner Aaron Maguire be behind the funding? Will Fontaine be professional or will he go off-topic and into business for himself once again? And what message will Fontaine have for Jason Bane, who will challenge Fontaine next week for the title Bane has been pursuing for three and a half years?
Raven vs. Sex Appeal’s Bobby Shields
He is a former World Champion and an ECW original, and he returns to the PWO ring this week. Raven will be in one-on-one action against quite a contrasting personality. The man who calls himself “True Talent” steps into unfamiliar territory, but looks to silence a legend. Shields has claimed that Raven’s appearance and fashion sense are all wrong and not with the times, and Raven has joined the list of inferior people that don’t deserve to share TV time with Sex Appeal. Can Bobby Shields make up for Sex Appeal’s tag loss from a week ago and build momentum to next week’s PWO TV Title defense of Bobby Beverly against Michael Façade? Or will Bobby “The Body” be nevermore?
Sons of Michigan’s Punishment For Ben Fruith
A week ago, Ben Fruith inadvertently cost his friends the PWO Tag Team Titles when he accidentally hit Gregory Iron with a PWO Tag Title belt. The Sons have done nothing but gloat about how their now former lackey STILL helped them win gold, albeit against his will. N8 Mattson & Benjamin Boone don’t seem to be content there, as they apparently still have humiliation in store for Fruith. How will The Sons attempt to demean Fruith this week, and can Fruith find a way to fight it off and enjoy his newfound freedom?
Corey Winters vs. Dan Arkham
Corey has had a rough several months in PWO, losing many of his partners in his wars with Krimson, culminating in a further loss and post-match assault from Jason Gory this past week. Can Winters rebound and pick up a much-needed win?
PLUS: We hear from Matthew Justice, Sex Appeal, and re-visit the shocking assault on Johnny Gargano by a mysterious masked man that has kept Gargano out of action to this day!
