NECW(New England Championship Wrestling) TV
Posted on www.necw.tv and in New England on Comcast on Demand on January 15, 2010
Taped August 8, 2009 at the National Guard Armory in Quincy, MA and on November 28, 2009 at Teamworks Indoor Sports in Somerset, MA
Hosts:Sheldon Goldberg and Joe Matterazzo
Ring announcer:”Stormin'” Chris Norman(I apologize for omitting this info in my last recap)
Referees:Vinnie Lax, Rob Teutul, Rich Bass(outside enforcer in main event), D.C. Dillinger(guest referee for main event)

-Sheldon and Joe tell us this week we’ll see 2 title matches:The Crown Jewels defending the tag team titles vs Davey Loomis and Alex Payne and Max Bauer defends the Triple Crown championship inside a steel cage.
-MATCH 1:(NECW Tag Team Title Match(1 Fall, 30 min. time limit)-The Crown Jewels(Bad Boy Jason and Darling Damon[champions], 409 lbs., with “Mr. Fabulous” Tony Ulysses) vs Davey Loomis and Alex Payne(combined weight was drowned out by the fans cheering). This Alex Payne is not “Sugarfoot” Alex Payne from ROH. Bad Boy Jason is former NWA Junior Heavyweight champ Jason Rumble and Daling Damon is former NWA New England Tag team champion Damon D’Arcangelo. A hard-fought match from both theams. The end came when Ulysses pulled referee Vinnie Lax out of the ring to break up a pinfall attempt. As Lax yelled at Ulysses, “Mr. Fabulous” kissed the man in the stripes, who promptly called for the bell at 8:17. WINNERS by disqualification: Davey Loomis and Alex Payne. The Jewels retain the tag team titles/
-Special report with Joe Matterazzo:On 11/28/09 in Somerset, MA(not Plymouth, MA like I said in the last NECW TV recap), Rob Teutul officiated what was supposed to be The Crown Jewels and “Mr. Fabulous” Tony Ulysses vs Rican Havoc(Ryan Bisbal, Jose Perez and “The Punisher” Don Vega) in a 6-man tag match that was turned into a tag title match after Bisbal and Ulysses didn’t make it to the show. Perez and Vega won the match and were awarded the titles. However, since the match was not originally to be a title match, The Jewels’ lawyers filed a protest and the title belts were returned to The Jewels who were told they had to defend against 2/3 of Rican Havoc on Jan. 23 in Quincy at the CSNNE taping
-Promos for the CSNNE taping on Jan. 23, “Mouthpiece Wrestling Show” and NECW stars at the Jan. 16 Lowell Devils Hockey game.
-MATCH 2:Cage match(1 fall, 60 min. time limit) for the NECW Triple Crown Championship-Max Bauer(champion, Los Angeles, CA, 271 lbs.) vs “Golden Greek” Alex Arion(Manchester, NH, 216 lbs., with Sean Gorman). During the match, Gorman chained the cage door shut. Then, Gorman climbed up the cage only for guest referee D.C. Dillinger to push him off the cage into the waiting arms of NECW officials who took Gorman to the locker room. Arion couldn’t finish Bauer of after several frog splashes. Bauer got the duke after several Bauer-bombs in a classic match that lasted 35-40 minutes(I wasn’t timing the match). Dillinger reluctantly handed Bauer the title belt and raised his hand to close week 2 of NECW On Demand TV.
