Former TNA and WWE developmental star Cassidy Riley (who worked as Cassidy James in OVW) is launching a new independent promotion called Xcess Wrestling (XSW) reports PWInsider. The promotion will hold its first show on May 16 in Monroe, LA at the Monroe Civic Center.
