With Gail Kim’s departure, Tommy Dreamer will now be heading up the Talent Relations end for TNA. Kim’s run with TNA dates back to 2005. It was said that Kim was very much loved and respected internally by the talents.

Below is a copy of the email TNA sent out, courtesy of Fightful:

Departing our leadership team are Ariel Shnerner, Gail Kim, Rob Klingman and Michael Shewchenko. As a long-term Anthem employee, Ariel has played an important role in growing our anthem properties, from his work with Fightf Network and most recently his focus on TNA. Ariel has been instrumental in building our storylines and growing our audiences.

Gail has had a long and storied career in TNA as both a champion wrestler and a part of the TNA leadership team, Gail has been a powerful presence in our locker room, supporting our talent and their great performances.

On the sales side Rob Kligman departs as Chief Revenue Officer and in Digital, Michael Shewchenko will be departing the organization April 30th.

In addition to these leadership departures, we also say thank you and goodbye to Karen Clevett, Sebastian Dastranj, Romy Glazer and Rafael Morffi.

Our company is built on the strength and dedication of our team and these changes do not diminish the value or the contributions of those affected.

According to Fightful Select, TNA Wrestling has sent out an email noting that Gail Kim, Ariel Shnerner, Rob Kligman and Michael Shewchenko are leaving the company.

Fightful’s Sean Ross Sapp noted on X, that TNA Wrestling actually fired Kim. Sapp also says this is one of the most baffling decisions he has seen a wrestling company make from a personnel standpoint. Sapp went on to say that Kim is one of the most respected people in wrestling, and an instant “in” to have a conversation with almost any talent you want because of the respect she carries.

Shnerner has been involved in various aspects of TNA’s operations, including Executive Producer and head of creative. Kligman has been part of TNA’s marketing and business development. Shewchenko’s role was internal strategies.

We will update this story as more details become available.
