For the first time in four years, Gail Kim looks to make one last return to the ring in time for IMPACT Wrestling’s 1000th episode of the self-titled program.
The IMPACT Hall of Famer made the announcement during an appearance on Busted Open Radio, though she had not named an opponent at that time.
The last time Kim competed in IMPACT was at Rebellion 2019 against Tessa Blanchard.
IMPACT later announced that Kim will team with fellow former Knockouts Champion and notable rival Awesome Kong, with Kim inviting any Knockout, past or past or present, to “either stand with them or against them.”
IMPACT 1000 is set to take place September 9 from the Westchester County Center in White Plains, New York.
