As first reported by Dave Meltzer, and confirmed by PWInsider, Impact Wrestling stars Sami Callihan suffered a bad injury during last weekend’s television tapings at Skyway Studios in Nashville, TN.
It is being said that Callihan suffered a broken ankle, broken atibia and fibia bones in his left leg while executing a tope suicida. Callihan underwent surgery in Nashville and was released from the hospital on Tuesday.
He is expected to be out of action until mid 2022 at the earliest.
