New Impact World Champion Brian Cage appeared on Busted Open Radio earlier today to provide an update on the injury he suffered last night at the Rebellion event.
Cage states that he suffered a deep bone bruise and some inflammation, but otherwise escaped unharmed. Cage also said he was not expecting to miss any in ring time.
“Yeah, it doesn’t look like I’m going out. The guy looked at me and said, ‘Look I think you’re going to be fine. I think you just have severe inflammation and a bone bruise. There could be a small fracture there. I would like to rule that out. However, if it is a fracture I don’t see it being any major fracture and even then there’s not much you can do for it.'”
