New Champions Kick Off IMPACT!
Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin are in the ring to address their historic singles championship victories at Against All Odds. Shelley is now IMPACT World Champion for the very first time after defeating Steve Maclin and Sabin is a record-setting 9-time X-Division Champion after defeating Trey Miguel. Sabin thought it was all a dream until he woke up this morning and reality set in. Shelley talks about finally winning “the big one” after mentoring countless of wrestling’s top stars to do the same. Shelley thanks thanks the fans, the locker room and everyone who has helped raise him in this industry. Shelley ushers in the “Machine Gun” era of IMPACT Wrestling when Nick Aldis interrupts. Aldis will challenge Shelley for the IMPACT World Title at Slammiversary after winning the first-ever 8-4-1 match at Against All Odds. Aldis apologizes for the interruption and congratulates Shelley on his accomplishment. Aldis thanks Shelley for pulling him up when he was just a rookie in IMPACT Wrestling – but he’s going to do everything in his power to ensure he leaves Slammiversary as IMPACT World Champion. Former X-Division Champion Trey Miguel interrupts, followed by Kenny King and Sheldon Jean as they accuse Shelley, Sabin and Aldis of being “front office favorites”. Things are about to get physical when Gisele Shaw, Savannah Evans and Jai Vidal interrupt. Shaw says that IMPACT rolled out the red carpet for Trinity, just like they did for Aldis and the Guns. Trinity is out next as she fires back at Shaw. Knockouts World Champion Deonna Purrazzo enters the fray and tensions are rising. Director of Authority Santino Marella comes out and makes tonight’s main event official: Alex Shelley, Chris Sabin, Nick Aldis, Deonna Purrazzo and Trinity vs Trey Miguel, Kenny King, Sheldon Jean, Gisele Shaw & Savannah Evans in an all-star 5-on-5 tag team match.
An enraged Steve Maclin reveals that he will receive his IMPACT World Title rematch against Alex Shelley on Friday, June 30th at the Down Under Tour in Australia.
Deaner and Angels argue over who’s at fault for The Design’s loss to oVe at Against All Odds. Kon deescalates the situation and convinces them to prove to the rest of the locker room that IMPACT is their territory.
Moose vs Rich Swann
After being unable to coexist in the first-ever 8-4-1 match at Against All Odds, Rich Swann and Moose renew their epic rivalry tonight! Swann jumps off the apron but Moose catches him in mid-air and drives him into the hardest part of the ring and the steel guardrail. The brawl continues on the outside as Moose delivers a series of chops. Moose crashes and burns in the corner, allowing Swann to build momentum. Swann hits a tornado DDT to create some much-needed separation. Moose leaps up to the top rope and hits a thunderous Superplex. Moose catches him in mid-air with a cutter, followed by a Handspring Cutter for two. Moose bounces back with a powerbomb for a near fall of his own. Swann counters the spear into a pinning predicament to win.

Heath warns the IMPACT roster not to sleep on him and vows to give them all a Wake Up Call.
Brian Myers admits that he wasn’t able to lead The Good Hands to victory against IMPACT World Tag Team Champions ABC. Myers approaches Moose and thinks they have what it takes to get the job done.
Bully Ray Addresses the IMPACT Zone
Bully Ray has filed an official complaint with Anthem Sports & Entertainment after IMPACT President Scott D’Amore cost him the 8-4-1 match at Against All Odds with a steel chair assault. Bully calls himself a “victim” and says that his mental health is declining since the incident. Bully demands answers when D’Amore interrupts. D’Amore says that he spoke to the Board of Directors and admitted that his actions were unbecoming of President. The board also advised that D’Amore take a leave of absence as President. D’Amore then takes Bully Down and lays in a series of fists. Steve Maclin appears out of nowhere and attacks D’Amore. Maclin is about to do some serious damage with a steel chair when PCO makes the save. Bully and Maclin assault him with steel chairs but he powers through. PCO joins forces with D’Amore to send Bully and Maclin retreating up the ramp. D’Amore announces that at Slammiversary, it’s him and PCO vs Bully and Maclin in a tag team match.
Despite their recent differences, Eddie Edwards comes to Frankie Kazarian’s aid during a backstage altercation with Bully Ray and Steve Maclin.
IMPACT World Tag Team Champions ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) vs Decay (Black Taurus & Crazzy Steve)
Black Taurus and Crazzy Steve look to earn a future IMPACT World Tag Team Title opportunity as they face off against the champs in non-title action! Taurus suplexes his own partner into Austin. Steve bites both members of ABC but they catch him with mid-air double superkicks. Bey soars with a Moonsault to take out Taurus on the outside. ABC hit 1-2-Sweet to pin Steve for the victory.
IMPACT World Tag Team Champions ABC (Ace Austin & Chris Bey) def Decay (Black Taurus & Crazzy Steve)
On their way back through the curtain, ABC bury the hatchet with the Motor City Machine Guns following their intense rivalry over the IMPACT World Tag Team Titles earlier this year.
Gia Miller interviews Bhupinder Gujjar as he speaks on his upcoming episode of Diary (next Thursday at 8/7c on AXS TV) that dives into his journey from India to pro wrestling stardom. A jealous Dirty Dango interrupts and believes that there should be a documentary on him instead.
Gisele Shaw will challenge Deonna Purrazzo for the Knockouts World Title on July 1st at the Down Under Tour. If Shaw wins, she will defend against both Purrazzo and Trinity in a three-way match at Slammiversary.

It’s main event time as 10 of IMPACT’s best compete in a star-studded tag team match! Purrazzo locks in the Fujiwara Armbar on Evans while Trinity locks in Star Struck on Shaw until Miguel and Jean break things up. King gets involved from the apron as he hangs up Sabin on the top rope. Miguel capitalizes with an Enzuigiri for two. King distracts the referee, allowing the rest of his team to pummel Sabin on the outside. Miguel continues to wear Sabin down as he cuts off the ring and prevents him from making the tag. Sabin tries to scramble towards his corner but King shuts him down once again. Sabin finally creates some separation with a tornado DDT off the second rope. Sabin makes the tag to Shelley as the pace quickens. Shelley goes on the attack, taking out King with a superkick on the floor. Back in the ring, Shelley hits a top rope Atomic Drop on Miguel, then locks in the Motor City Stretch. The match begins to break down as everyone gets involved. Vidal blindsides Trinity with a clothesline while the referee is distracted. Aldis tosses him over the top rope but gets caught with a neckbreaker from Miguel. Shelley ducks, causing King to collide with Jean. Aldis connects with a Michinoku Driver on King. Shelley hits Shell Shock on Jean to score the victory.
