It was previously reported by PWInsider that the contracts of TNA Wrestling tag team the Motor City Machine Guns (Alex Shelley and Chris Sabin) are set to expire soon. The team signed new deals last March.
On Wednesday, Fightful Select is reporting sources have claimed claimed Shelly and Sabin’s contracts expire within the month. Fightful Select also notes they reached out to Shelley and Sabin, but neither of them responded. It was further said that sources that are near TNA do believe the news of Shelly and Sabin’s contracts to be true.
Fightful Select also states in their report that contract offers from TNA Wrestling have been different as of late, especially after some of the talent meetings that have taken place within the recent months. Fightful said they could not speak to Shelly and Sabin’s current deal, but some talent are reportedly being offered per-date deals, rather than full contracts.
