Fightful Select has published a report regarding recent rumors on Jordynne Grace taking a pay-cut when she signed with WWE for the NXT brand.
The rumors sparked after Scott D’Amore apparently made a statement on the Wrestling Observer that Grace’s contract with WWE was “a lot less” than what she previously was being paid in TNA. Many interpreted that Grace took a big pay-cut when she left TNA.
Fightful Select notes that it is true that her overall earnings, which includes income from outside ventures, sponsorships, and her TNA salary were higher before joining WWE, her current deal with WWE is a main roster salary level. It was further notes that in terms of Grace’s base pay, she is earning more with WWE than she did with TNA and the outside ventures and sponsorships.
The report added that prior to Grace signing with WWE, with her TNA contract and all of her other ventures, she already at what is considered to be millionaire status.
