Axiom, one half of the NXT Tag Team Champions made a surprise appearance in Spain on Thursday, which is his home country. He also did not wear his mask.
In Spain, he is formerly competed as A-Kid/Nino Anonimo. He came out (unmasked) during the AAA Lucha Libre Rebelion event and presented the first-ever Nino Anonimo Cup to local wrestler Zozaya.
Axiom last wrestled in Spain in 2022 under the now defunct WWE NXT UK brand before coming to the United States, wrestling under a mask as Axiom.
He and his tag team partner, Nathan Frazer were unsuccessful in capturing the TNA World Tag Team Championship against The Hardys at this past Tuesday’s NXT Roadblock special, which took place at The Theater at Madison Square Garden in New York City. Later in the show, the Hardy’s alluded that they want an opportunity at the NXT Tag Titles.

As the A-Kid character, he made his video game debut in WWE 2K22 as downloadable content, alongside The Hurricane, Wes Lee, and Stacy Keibler. They were known as the “Stand Back Pack”. Under Axiom character, he appears in WWE 2K23 and WWE 2K24.
WWE is holding Friday’s SmackDown at the Olympic Arena in Barcelona, Spain. The show will air live on Netflix International, starting at 3:00 pm ET, with the tape delay airing in the United States on the USA Network at 8:00 pm ET.
