In a special backstage thank you ceremony following Sunday night’s TNA Genesis pay-per-view, the company presented Jordynne Grace with a Knockouts Championship Title Belt and declaring her as the “Forever TNA Champion.”
Grace lost in what is believed to have been her final match with TNA Wrestling, to Tessa Blanchard at the Genesis pay-per-view. It is expected that Grace will make her debut in WWE, most likely at the Royal Rumble on February 1.
Grace first signed with IMPACT Wrestling in October 2018. She is a three-time IMPACT/TNA Knockouts World Champion and is also a one-time IMPACT/TNA Knockouts World Tag Team title holder with Rachael Ellering. She held the TNA/IMPACT Knockouts World Title for a total of 677 days.
At the 2024 WWE Royal Rumble, Grace made her surprise debut with the company as an entrant number 5 in the women’s Royal Rumble match. Grace faced off with Naomi, who was her formal rival as Trinity in TNA. Grace was eliminated by Bianca Belair.
Grace also made a surprise appearance back on the May 28 episode of NXT, revealed as the challenger for Roxanne Perez, who was then the NXT Women’s Champion at the NXT Battleground PLE. However, Grace failed to win the title after outside interference from Tatum Paxley and Ash by Elegance. On the September 10 episode of NXT, Grace issued an open challenge for the TNA Knockouts World Title that was answered by Sol Ruca. That match ended in a no-contest after Grace and Ruca were both taken out by Wendy Choo and Rosemary. Grace’s last appearance on NXT TV was during the November 6 episode, where she was part of the winning team in a 10-woman tag match.
