According to PWInsider, Becky Lynch has filmed a scene in Adam Sandler’s Happy Gilmore 2, which will be released on Netflix sometime this year.
The report notes that Lynch is believed to be part of a rival group of golfers that will also feature football star Reggie Bush. Lynch’s role in the film has been kept under wraps.
Lynch last appeared on WWE television on May 27, 2024, on an episode of Raw, when she was unsuccessful in regaining the Women’s World Championship from Liv Morgan in a Steel Cage Match. Lynch was also part of the WWE media appearances at the Netflix Headquarters several weeks ago in Los Angeles, California.
AEW’s MJF also has a role in the film.
