Following his confrontation with DEFY World Champion KENTA at the Blueprint event on 12/29, the independent promotion has confirmed that Ricky Starks will be challenging for the title at their next event, DEFY Hundredth on February 7.
Starks makes his return to the promotion after competing in July 2018 at DEFY LOUD.
The former AEW World Tag Team Champion has been absent from television since March, taking independent bookings in recent months despite being pulled from GCW events in the midst of reported issues between the two companies.
