On his Kliq This podcast, Kevin Nash provided an update on his health following surgery on a torn biceps muscle.
The WWE Hall of Famer talked about his change in diet and workout routine, noting that he’d lose a great deal of muscle over the next three months but was doing mobility training despite using a sling on his arm.
The thing is, they always say, ‘You need to keep your sling on so you don’t f— up.’ Hey, I promise you, I’m not going to forget and get up in the morning and go, ‘You know what I need to do is go hit a bucket of balls.’ It’s like, f—, I know. Sleep in a recliner. Tonight will be day 15.
