According to PWInsider, they have been told by several high-up sources Jade Cargill has been working on some outside projects while written off WWE television.
In addition, the report also notes that several sources within WWE have confirmed that in addition to the outside projects, Cargill is currently vacationing in Nassau, the Bahamas.
An angle done back on the November 22 episode of WWE SmackDown, with Cargill taken out of the arena in an ambulance after she was found laid out on the hood of a car with the windshield broken. There had been initial conflicting reports as to whether the angle was done due to Cargill having a legitimate injury. However, it was later confirmed by several sources, that this was done to set up a future storyline and that Cargill is not injured.
During the 12/13 episode of SmackDown, an segment was done backstage with General Manager Nick Aldis, Bianca Belair and Naomi, in which Aldis told Belair that should was going to have to relinquish the Women’s Tag Team Titles. Belair then pushed for Naomi to step in and take the place of Cargill, with Aldis ultimately agreeing to it.
According to a previous report from PWInsider, Naomi is expected to be Jade’s replacement going forward.
Belair and Naomi will defend the belts on the 12/20 episode of SmackDown, which was taped this past Friday night at the XL Center in Hartford, CT.
