Deadline has reported that Netflix is in early development on the comedy feature Little Brother, starring John Cena and Eric Andre.
The film, which follows a famous real estate agent whose carefully curated world is upended when his eccentric “little brother” unexpectedly reappears, is written by Jarrad Paul and Andrew Mogel, with David Bernad and Ruben Fleischer on board as producers.
Cena and Andre previously collaborated on an episode of The Eric Andre Show in 2020, perhaps most remembered for Andre suffering a real-life concussion after an on-camera accident involving the former WWE Champion and a metal shelf.
News of the film comes as Cena is set to embark on a retirement tour of WWE throughout 2025, including an appearance on the first WWE Raw on Netflix set for Monday, January 6.
